Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Should this occur, you will be notified via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Portugal (Mainland): 2–5 business days

  • Azores & Madeira: 5–10 business days

  • International: 5–15 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier issues or customs procedures.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

KHORA is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

KHORA is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders returned, delayed, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
