How It Works

To initiate a return, simply contact our team by email at contact@khoraclothing.com and include your order number along with a brief explanation of the reason for your return so we can assist you efficiently.

Once we receive your request, our team will review your order to confirm that it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the return address and any additional information you may need.

After receiving confirmation, you will need to send the item(s) back to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Please ensure that the package is securely packed to avoid any damage during shipping.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically completed within 10 business days from the date we receive your return.

Important Information & Conditions

Please note that all return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns requested after this period.

Returned items must be in their original condition. This means they must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, please be aware that the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund if the return causes your order total to fall below the free shipping threshold.

For items purchased on sale, we do not offer refunds. These items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

In some cases, a 6% return fee may be applied to cover processing costs. This fee will not be charged if the item is faulty or defective.
